        The Brazilian Meeting on Adsorption (acronym EBA, in Portuguese) is a consolidated event that has been held every two years by different institutions across the country since 1996. The main goal of the Event has being to proportionate a forum of discussions for the scientific, academic and business community interested in the area of adsorption, with the exchange of ideas and research results. 

The 14th edition of the Meeting is going to take place at the Chemistry Institute of the Brasilia University (Brasilia/Brazil) on 23-25 November 2022. This is the first time that the conference is going to be hold in the Central-West Region of Brazil, which represents a great opportunity to better integrate researchers and students from this Region into the brazilian adsorption community. 

Over 150 people have registered to attended EBA 14, which comprises academicians, scientists, graduate and undergraduate students and industrial practitioners from Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Food Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Physics and related fields. The Meeting schedule comprises, among other activities, 8 plenary lectures, 18 invited talks, 16 oral presentations of selected works, and 137 poster presentations divided in 3 sessions. In addition, a 5-h “School of Adsorption” will take place in parallel, which provides a valuable opportunity of learning from tutorial lectures focused on fundamentals and applications of adsorption, all of them delivered by renowned scientists.
